there is no posible way to tell that, unless your lover is TOTALLY honest with you and you trust them, to believe them. However, sometimes fantasy is the best thing for a couple. You already know that she/he is with you, and you two want to be together in that way, but thinking about another person while having sex can be fantastic. It just may heighten the sex in ways you cant possibly imagine. So it all depends on how YOU feel about that kind of thing.

Are you wanting to ensure your lover is thinking about you while having sex with YOU? Or with someone else?
In either case, there's no way to ENSURE he or she will think of you while you're having sex with her.
Who knows what will go through your mind at any given time?

You must devise ways to be certain that your lover has a genuine feeling of need and attraction toward being with you, if he does, there's none else in his mind while he fornicates you with love, on the other hand, if he is just with you because he has assured an orifice to inseminate once in a while and enjoys your company as he would enjoy just any oher company, then yes, he thinks about any other woman he recently saw elsewhere and had thoughts of copulating her. If you cannot see the true in his eyes (or lies), it is time for you to begin documenting your mind with psychological literature.

It is difficult to ensure. Best bet is to be totally involved in the whole process. This would normally keep your lover's attention on you.
