Find an activity that you enjoy. Sports are good. Then go to a place where that thing is done (bowling alley, rec center, laser tag arena, etc.) and you eventually you will get to know the women there. With luck, you will find one you like. Make sure that you look like you're there for the activity though, they can smell a dude just trying to get chicks a mile away. Also classes are good. Might I suggest an English class?
