No. Exercise will help keep your body healthy and fit. If anything it will help.

You don't want to jump right up after sex and exercise though. Stay in bed a while.

6 months isn't an exceedingly long term to be attempting. maximum scientific medical doctors wont' see you unitil you have been attempting for at leas a 300 and sixty 5 days, except there is an incredibly sparkling sign of a concern (like no classes, or incredibly abnormal ones.) you say you're abnormal, yet does that propose 28 days one month and 32 days the subsequent? Or does it propose 72 days one cycle and a pair of hundred days the subsequent (once then you definately bleed for a months)? incredibly abnormal cycles are not a concern. incredibly abnormal/rare ones could be. once you're cycles ARE incredibly abnormal, i might see in case you need to get in to work out the record in October or November. in any different case, shop attempting.

The only thing I've heard is that bike riding can reduce sperm count due to potential cutoff of some blood flow to the testes. Also that the heat generated from sporting activities may kill some sperm. If true neither of these effects is significant enough to worry about at all, as far as I know.

It's better to limit strenuous exercises, relax and take it easy.. Good luck and may God bless you.
