Batman for sure. He doesn't need super powers, he opperates at night, and he started out as a bad guy, who the cops hated. Superman is not a fair fighter, by the way. He's invinceable. Batman can get knocked out and always has to pay way more attention to what's going on, so he's probably way smarter. Ohhh superman can fly, big deal, batman has a jet engine car, boat, and plane. And cool gadgets. what cool stuff does superman have? An unheated house made out of crystals? A girlfriend who would never admit to anyone that she's dating him? Tights!? Batman wins hands down.

In batman, he is athletic, also strong and intelligent...
In superman, a simple kyptonite and he is down...
In batman, he can resist and endure his weaknesses...
I prefer batman...

Both are cool. But, I like Batman more. This is because he did not considered his lack of super power as a hindrance to what he can do. Besides, who does not want a utility belt with all those gadgets?
