Gamespot.com has the latest release date as 26th November 2006 (presuming they don't delay the release date yet again)

The Legent of Zelda Twilight Princess for Wii and Gamecube will be release the same day that the Nintendo Wii Console is release, which nobody knows so far. Nintendo is going to annaunce the price and release date of the Wii in September, so around that time you wil know when Zelda is in stores
Some analyst are speculating that Wii is set to launch in early october, so maybe around that time you will find Zelda in stores

There is no official release date yet, for the reason that Twilight Princess will be released alongside the Nintendo Wii. An official release date for the Wii has been announced yet, therefore, we don't know the release date of Twilight Princess.

there is another Zelda game coming out for the Nintendo DS. It is called The Legend of Zelda:The Phantom Hour Glass. It is coming out in mid-September.
