There are a lot of products out there that claim to "remove" stretch marks with miracle ingredients, but all of them also recommend you "message" the product in. In actual fact it's the circular massagments that cure the problem. So some moisturizer/cream massaged into the problem area 10min every night and they'll slowly fade.
As for the spider veins, diet and exercises will help them fade. Drink a lot of water and try to cut down (or simply out) on caffeine and sugars. The only way to make them permanently disappear is to go for a laser type of surgery which removes them.

A dermatologist can handle the spider veins in a few minutes. You can rub cocoa butter & vitamin A & E on stretch marks. They may fade, but once the elasticity in your skin reaches its maximum, the result is a stretch mark. The cream will add moisture and vitamins to the skin and below the dermis to help restore a more youthful appearance.
Hope this helps,
