There's only one, but it comes with great risk to your life and possessions.
With a can of gas and a lighter: Douse self. Light self up. Burn for at least 15 seconds. Jump in a filled bathtub. Immerse for 20 seconds.
Make sure no flames remain before emerging from underwater.
Call your local hospital. Or if there are burning items in the house, summon the fire department as well.

No unfortunately not.
For semi permanent removal you can wax at home (using a wax you bought at the chemist of course)
The only permanent way is laser surgery.
Even if there was a way, I dont think it would be save.
