I get one of these things at least once every month. Usually I bust it, it scabs over, gets a bit swollen, and eventually disappears. However, I popped the one I have on my eyebrow piercing now and it won't go away. It scabbed over then the scab peeled off (nothing unusual there) but the keloid doesn't seem to be going away like usual. Are there any safer ways for me to get rid of this thing? It's annoying as hell.

Serious answers only please. It's not infected or anything so I don't think a doctor is required. Like I said, I bust it, it goes away. This time it won't. I want to know if there's any safer ways to get rid of keloids.
