The Bible says that the righteous will possess the earth and dwell on it forever (Psalms 37:29) so if a person gay but has not been practicing and is doing God's will. It is certainly possible.
But don't forget that there are others who will not inherit the earth such as those having premarital sex, fornication (etc), those committing adultery, murder, and more.. So who else is on the list for not inheriting...? Why focus only on the "gays"?
Also note that it is possible for anybody to change their attitude about their own personal lives/pleasures compared to doing God's will and it's happened before. Check out 1 Corinthians 6:11... it says that's what they were...(gay people included)

According to the Bible, Jesus will reappear and take all the good little Christians with him, and since being homosexual is thought to be a sin . . . . well, if it is, then yes, gays and heathens will inheirit the earth.
And what a wonderful place it will be!
