Mountain Dew or an energy drink. The caffiene helps headaches. You need to go in and get an MRI though! Frequent headaches aren't a good thing...

I had cluster headaches/migraines/sinus headaches/stress headaches and a number of other health ailments for years. I wont bore you with the details needless to say I was taking 14 perscription meds a day until I did a cleanse. Check out the website link I included. I did 3 months the first time and a yearly tune up. NO more headaches ALL conditions are now gone and best of all no more meds.

I have had headaches since I was little. Pills don't do a whole lot anymore, so I've check into homeopathic methods. You may want to try an oil that is specific to headache relief. It's called Mega Headache. The ingredients are:grapeseed oil, lavendar, basil, and peppermint. Simply rub on your neck or at your temples. You can find this at:naturesinventory.com. I just started to use this and it does work!
Hot baths, very cold compress, soft music, massages, and aromatherapy are all fantastic when you are in pain. I do not recommend pills anymore because of liver problems, rebound headaches, and dependency. Good luck, I hope this helps!

I had always had terrible headaches since I was in my teens - I'm now 59. A few years ago I started taking Shaklee supplements and one of these being their B-Complex. I had heard that headaches could be caused by a lack of vitamin B and and tried some brands in the past but did not help. Once I had been taking Shaklee supplements for a while I noticed I was no longer having headaches. Like I said I started taking several of the supplements but I really feel that the B-Complex was a great contributor to my not having headaches anymore. And I'm not saying I had a headache every now and again - I woke up with one every single day. So I fully believe that many of our problems result from something as simple as a vitamin deficiency. But, remember, I had tried taking the B in the past. It was not until I starting taking the Shaklee B-Complex that I started seeing a difference - you truly do get what you pay for.

If it bothers you it's always worth it to go to the doctor. You never know it could be something more, but for me I usually just take some Advil or another strategy that works for me is taking the skin on your nose right between your eyes, pinching it, and then pulling outwards. You just do that until it stops.

I think you're getting some good answers and I donj't want to sound over simplistic or take away from anything.... for some people though I find that allergies to certain foods like wheat or the chemicals in processed foods can really put our systems out of balance. So, I would maybe consider trying to limit your sugar and processed food intake, including artificial sweeteners, and above all else : STAY HYDRATED AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER... that could be momre helpful than people realize.

As you and many others are finding, meds may alleviate the symptoms part of the time but the treating of symptoms does not take care of the problem.. Headache is not normal in any instance, other than with a high fever. There is a causation factor that meds don't reach..Is usually related to structural distortion, which in turn sets off an inflamatory process. It continues to progress but may become acute/chronic.. with periods of remission.

if u get bad headaches it could be a condititon.
sinus headaches sinus infection
tension headaches could be high blood pressure
go to your doctor and tell him about your headaches. he may run certion tests to try to get a precripison.
