Tell them what you know. Just make sure what you tell them is the complete facts and nothing else. Good luck.

If this is a real question then yes you should go to the police but only if you have evidence to back it up. If there is no solid evidence you will look like a fool. Evidence can't just be a "claim" or a vision or something. You couldn't say you think that's what happened because it makes sense. Heck , they may even think it was you who did and and you covering you butt.
solid evidence is what you need. But im very sure if this did happen a FULL INVESTIGATION was done. The polcie would know if it was a murder or not. They probley found the exact footprints of the guy to determine if he tripped her based on were his shoe print was in relation to hers. They have all sorts of stuff to find that out. So consider that.
Before you do go making assumptions that could ruin a possibly innocent mans life, ask the police what they did to investigate, how they did, and what evidence they have to prove if it's a murder or not.
If what they tell you isn't good enough . . . give them your theory. They will listen, and take it very seriously.

I'd like to point something out to the people who are answering these crackpot questions of hers...
If you check out this girls Q&A profile you'll see several inconsistencies. She's claimed to be a virgin in a question 1 week after she asked about how she and her boyfriend could conceive because it hadn't been working and they had been trying...
She introduced herself as being 18 then turned 19 then miraculously turned 18 again! She had an older boyfriend a week and a half ago, who went back to being 17 and now is college with her...
But this teenage starlet was a seasoned cop in the years before she was legally able to join any police force in the USA and knows how to take out apparitions of little girls with bloody tears as long she has her trusty police issued Glock...
The four year old biting the $hit out his mom was only two years old two weeks ago and the neighbor kid that died in her arms that fateful night three weeks ago is now being adopted by her boyfriend's family a him week after he died...He must be a swell guy!!!
This girl has REAL PROBLEMS and none of them include crap she's been fabricating for our attention....
If ya don't want to believe me check for yourself click on the avatar or her screen nickname underneath it and check out any of the 63 contradicting questions she's asked....
AS FOR YOU KIDDO THAT IS SOME TWISTED $HIT YOU SHOULD NOT PLAY LIKE THAT YOU HAVE ISSUES LEAVE THE QUESTIONS FOR PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY NEED ASSISTANCE!!!!

Why do you suspect him? Did u know of any trouble between them? - Ask these questions to ur self. And are u prepared to follow up with the police, court and possible threats that will disrupt ur normal life? I would suggest u remain quiet unless u r sure u can handle the pressure. Think it over and discuss with ur family. Otherwise sit tight. This may sound selfish and cowardly, but that's life.

If you feel that he did it with intent to harm her, then you owe it to yourself as her friend to tell the police. Secondly were they having problems before this accident and could it have any bearing on this accident, if so act now before its too late. There is a law that is call the Statue of Limitations. It has to be filed in a timely manner. Good luck and Thanks for asking. Aloha from Hawaii

Well, since it's been a year, there must have been an investigation. Are they looking for a possible murder suspect? Your description sounds like accidental death (they were playing around and she wound up getting tripped and falling) but if this description was never given, well yes, they probably should know. Especially if they are asking for information.

If you think it was an accident, then talk to him about it. If he seems hesitant with his answers, then he might be lieing and it wasn't an accident.
If you think he meant to do it then talk to the police, take in the video and tell the police the situation. Just trust your instincts.
I hope you figure this out and I am deeply sorry about your friends death.
Good luck!

oh my God! may be you should go to a priest or someone. I don't know. what did they name the cause of death? and was he playing with her? was it an accident? I think tell the police but I don't know, do what your instincts tell you to do well if you have evidence why didnt you go to the police in the first place? that sounds kinda suspicious now. what did you have to do with it? Los Banos is a creepy town I always thought. although that has nothing to do with it/

I can't advise you to go to the Police unless it's what you feel is right. I can advise you to talk to a lawyer and get his opinion. He might be able to act as an intermediary between you and the Police in case you fear for your safety.
Your friend deserves some respect, though. She didn't deserve to die like this and, perhaps, you can bring her justice.

I don't understand why you didn't tell the police this a year ago. You need to let them know what happened as soon as possible. It's their job to decide whether or not it was an accident.
