at the end of Resident Evil Outbreak, File #2, you see a bunch of people on a bridge on the outskirts, and you can see Cindy (in her vacation outfit-- black shoes, white pants, & blue long sleeve.) does that mean she survived?
also what happened to the charaters ( Kevin, Jim, Yoko, Cindy etc.) at the end of the Outbreak games? do they die? who survives?

You must have beat it as Cindy then. You have to beat it as each character on End of the Road to see their ending. Also on the first Outbreak if you have it... if you don't use any of the Daylight antivirus on yourself and you play as: George plus Cindy must survive, Mark plus David must survive, Jim plus Kevin must survive, and Alyssa plus Yoko must survive, you will see a unique ending for each pair. The one with Jim and Kevin is the best the Thantos-R wakes up again!

i could ought to trust maximum folk the following, and say that RE#4 is more effective. It has large pictures and gameplay, and the changes from the previous Resident Evil video games are clean. RE Out spoil: record #2 seems slightly short, and the gameplay isn't as unique as #4 (in evaluation to something else of the sequence).
