Spidey and Wolvie would win.

The Beast is definately the thinker of the dual of Beast and Venom and their power, especially as far as Venom is concerned is phenomenal, but Spidey and Wolvie has a better edge.

Spidey and Wolvie are use to working in group situations especially with their latest induction as Avengers. Spidey for many years has worked alone, but look at his history. He was the first character to have his own Marvel Team-Up magazine that started back in the 1970's. And he teamed -up with every known hero in Mighty Marvel, even Howard the Duck.

Wolverrine on the other hand has extensive team-up experience, being one of the most deadliest and popular members of the X-Men. Logan is a hard nut to crack and sometimes shows that he can be intolerable to being supervised, but under Charles Xavier's leadership and all that time training in the Danger Room, Wolvie has matured into a fine hero, although still unpredictable.

In the past Spidey and Wolvie have teamed up and although it was a crazy and at times humorous debacle, these two heroes were hard to contend with.

Beast and Venom on the other hand, have never teamed up together. And how would Hank McKoy handle siding with a lunatic like Venom? The Beast might have a hard time concentrating on battling Peter and Logan for worring about his own hide.

Venom is an evil and vicious creature that could probably take both Spidey and Wolvie out alone, and would not need the Beast's cooperation.

In the end, I still believe Spidey and Wolvie wins!!!!

Wolverine. After Spiderman & Wolverine beats Beast & Venom (an odd pair which they will never get along) wolve will beat the hell out of Spiderman for kicks to emerge the solo winner of the whole tournament..

well both spider man and wolverine have fought venom before, and spider man has won many times, even tho i think venom is better spider man knows his weaknesses too well and can take him out, so if beast and wolverine fought, it's true beast would know to keep away from wolverine but wolverine is probably the best hand to hand fighter in the whole of marvel, he has tons of training from military to samurai. i think he could take out beast, so spider man and wolverine win, now if the alien consume came off venom and went on beast that would be a different story beast brains and the added power of the costume he would be able to destroy both spider man and wolverine probably easily

This question comes down to which Beast and Venom. Old school Beast would get the crap kicked outta him while the newest venom would probally be duped by all of Spidey's oldest tricks.
The newer "Feline" Beast and Classic Venom would be a tough fight. But i'd give it to wolverine's healing factor pulling him through a grueling battle.

It would be brains vs brawn. Spidey and Beast would go back and forth with beast being da more serious of da intellects would when but I would say Spidey would throw beast of a play to his pride and win Spidey in this one booth agile and quick but da wisecrack jokerster would pull one over.

Now da battle of Brawn it would be know contest here I love Venom character but Spidey might hint to it or Wolverine will pick up on Venom's weaknessit would be a slugfest but Wolverine have Adaminum bones, healing factors, and a wealth of knowledge in da battlefield plus hand to hand combat skills, a samurai, can fight for days not worry of catchin cold, and plus BERSERKER RAGE. I think da symbiote would love da bloodlust in this rage of Wolverine and try to merge.
