I think that all that is possible, but the Catholic Church & Herarchy denies it, because they loose power and shows the greed and corruption of them.
Also, the natural way of teaching of JC,was humble, very different at the moment, when the priest manipulate the scripts to get money.

Why do you think that Baigent sued the author? Have you read any of Biaget or Laurence Gardners works? These authors spend thier lives researching this information... Try reading Holy Blood Holy Grail to get a more realistic view on the Priory of Sion....Read Bloodlines of the Holy Grail and Genesis of the Grail Kings to get a better understanding of what DaVinic Code was all about....making a judgement without information is ignorance in the making....

I think it is a carefully woven book based on fact and fiction. I read the book, and it was a real edge of your seat sort of book, and I found it hard to put down
Don't try to figure it out, just enjoy it for what it is. A well written book. At least, that's what I tried to do, but still found that it really made me think. A lot was based on inaccurate historical bases, and then fiction woven around it. Not all the historical data was inaccurate, however.

This is not a new concept. There as been books writen on it for over 75 years. Every gospel they tkaed about is real just left out of the bible becasue they did not fit what the church wanted

it was based on facts but it clearly states that it is a fictional book. I believe there was a knights templar but not that it is protecting the last members of jesus's blood line

It is more plausible than the parting of the red sea and turning water into wine.
Curious maybe, not believed.

The story is partially based on fact. I believe the fact part. As for most parts of the Priory of Sion, it is wat the author thought up.
