sometimes i forget how hard i can throw so we were playing when i threw the ball at one of my female friend hardly in the breasts it hurted her alot she got so angry at me she said that if she ever see me she will twist my nuts until they r red. How do i apoloze to her without her twisting my balls

Fist of all, if she's playing dodge ball she shuold expect she might get hin in the chest. It's only the most obvious place that may be hit. What, did she tell you to throw the balls at her face?
Second, it should have been a simple apology on the spot, rather then some drawn out dramatic process. If she's gonna hold a grudge over a dodge ball, that's not your problem.
As for how to apologize? Use the words "I'm sorry." And by the sound of her, you might want to keep your distance!
