If it is a woman, at least once a day when she is not in menses, and at best comfortably four five times in the day and four five times in the night. This is how many call girls survive. In so far as males are concerned, one can have sex all the 30 days in a month but more than four times in a day is difficult; that too not in continuity. But for a married couple, one can suggest twice or thrice a week which will depend on age and other factors also.

I do not have a scientific answer for you. In my personal experience, the most I did was six in a day. I do not know about women. I think they are capable of more.
