I read a question earlier asking why everything fun seems to be illegal. I just don't understand. I want to know who you all think has it better.

As i am here sipping my vodka, in my fifties, and have live pretty much as I pleased since I left home some 34 years ago, I can't imagine having a better life. I am a veteran, so get health care free, thank goodness! I am retired and have been for a few years. I am up in the wee hours of the morning typing this, so I guess I am pretty free! If I wanted to I could get in my car and travel anywhere I want to go. No one would stop me or ask me where I am going. I could buy a plane ticket and fly anywhere. I am pretty free! What could be better?

I suppose many of the first world countries like Holland and Germany for example that are more concerned with their internal economical growth is doing a lot better. At least they are not dumping massive amounts of their money into a military that needs endless amounts of money. They are really doing pretty good.

Well, I wouldn't necessarily say they have it better, but some places don't have as strict rules and some give ya a break on taxes, medical and dental insurance, but I don;t believe there really is a place better than the USA..

Holland, Germany and Australia!

ANYTHING goes there. I'm jealous.

I just now saw your other answers. When they say Amsterdam or the Dutch, they are referring to Holland.

They make US look like a third world country.
They don't have all the laws we have. Practicly EVERYTHING is legal there.
