1. Sandstorm by Darude as someone already mentioned
2. Rock and Roll part 2 by Gary Glitter (not so much now because of the child porn thing and Gary)

This is sort of a guess, but its by a band named Blur called Song 2. I'm not sure if this is the song you are referring to.

I wouldn't know caz the dodgers r in last in team homeruns so the song wouldnt get played very much! but it might be a song like "once in a lifetime" by talking heads because it is very rare to see a dodger homerun. lol
