There are a few things that are important to know. there's a i) a physical age, ii) a biological age and iii) a mental age. i) refers to the date you were born.. ii) refers to how well your internal organs are functioning compared to a standard that the scientists fix..thereby they calculate the age..andiii) refers to how old or young you feel mentally.
I dont think that this question always should have digits in answer.
I am answering this question because I generally give a different answer which might break the boredom of reading numbers.
