First, i'd not call CPS merely yet. 2d, i could confer inclusive of your daughter at the same time as she is calm and clarify the seriousness of her accusations. this way she has the alternative of being more effective certain and a lot less dramatic without feeling like you do not believe her. third, i imagine 12 is merely too previous to be spanking a lady, fantastically with the help of her stepfather. Even slightly smack is humiliating to a preteen. searching on how that communique is going, i could honestly talk to mom in a nonconfrontational way and intensely quickly. mom may no longer word that her daughter is so disillusioned or mom would imagine your daughter is overreacting and would change into protective. 12 is a frustrating age for daughters and moms in any situation. Throw in slightly brother and a step figure and it makes issues worse. If it seems your daughter isn't exagerating, then you definately want to take it step further. communicate the region inclusive of your daughter and your ex spouse and then in accordance with that situation, she desires to communicate it with her new husband. (searching on his mood you could favor to be there) no matter if it truly is intense, then you definately could evaluate taking your daughter in for awhile till you confirm those themes. you should get social facilities to intervine quicker or later yet with any success it gained't come to that. in case you sense that anybody is interior in the slightest degree of danger i could record it on the instantaneous merely to have a paper path if no longer something else. also you could call a kinfolk violence hotline and get a counselor's opinion only for further degree. recognize that they are going to likely recommend you to record it.

Tell to your parents, tell your counselors at school, tell someone in authority.
Just remember that if you do tell and it doesn't stop, you did what you could and that's was all you could do. You are a good person to be concerned, but don't let it haunt you. Tell someone as soon as possible what you personally witnessed, whether it was something your friend told you or something you saw. Then you can know that you did what you could do, then maybe it won't haunt you any longer.

Tell your friend to tell his mom she needs to leave that relationship. It isn't going to get any better, just worse. If he hit her once he will continue to do so until she puts a stop to it. Call police have his behind thrown in jail, press charges. Leave that relationship.

I don't know how old are you or where you live. But if you are a teen talk about this with your teacher you trust or with your family to find a solution. Do it fast because someone might get hurt.

Dude, NOT DUMB.
It can easily end in MURDER.
Plus, no doubt he is beating your friend also... no doubt.
Stuff like that SCARS one for LIFE.
Please, please tell someone in authority you trust.
