ok i have a delema ii have no idea where you should put your mascara!!!!! my mum said you should put it under your eye but then it look right and my aunty told me to put it where your eyelashes grow off that skin sorta thing i have no idea!!!!!!!!!!! plz help

It will depend on your eyes. If you have small eyes, only put it on the top lashes. Putting it on both will make the eyes look too small. I know from experience.
Mascara should be the last thing you put on when doing makeup, not including lips. You should have your concealer, foundation, powder, blush, eyeliner, and eye shadow on first. (It's easier to fix mistakes). If you don't use all of the products, don't worry. You don't need to. If you are going to curl the lashes, do that before mascara.
When you apply it, hold the wand horizontal and sweep up from the lash line at the base going towards the tips. And go down if you are applying it to the lower lashes.
A great tip, look down into a mirror to put it on. Don't try to look back into a mirror in front of you. Place a mirror on the counter, or hold one under your chin. It's easier to see the lashes and get a more even application. It also helps you to get the entire lash from base to tip without worry of poking your eye with the wand.

You put mascara on both your upper and lower eyelashes. Before pulling the brush/comb out just kind of spin it inside the bottle in order to not get clumps. Then, just take the brush/comb and swipe it from the roots to the tips of your lashes. You can do this 2 or 3 times.
A good thing to do before applying mascara is curling your lashes to get a more dramatic look.
Always remember to remove mascara and basically all your make-up before you sleep.

If you are taling about eyeliner yea you can put it really anywhere but if you have big eyes and want to make them look smaller put it on the lower lid inside you eye just where your lashes grow but put it up the top for a more darken and gothic look.

right above your top lashes on the eyelid. keep it on outer side and not all the way across the eye.
putting it in the eye-opening thingy where your lashes grow is unsanitary and can cause the liner to drip off.

Its best to put it on your top eyelashes
start off from root to tip
You can try to do it on your lower runs but normally that will increase the chance of it smudging

id just leave it on the upper.
and put a little extra on the outer corners for an eye opening look.
you should only do the bottom if your hand is really steady.

well some times i put it on both and sometimes,
on the bottom eyelashes and sometimes on the top it's actually what you really want you self but that's how i do it sometimes xx
