YES!!! by all means, Tell her parents. Do it for her!!! I am a father of a beautiful 19 year old daughter. Getting married next month. I have guarded her like a Pit Bull guarding a bone! I would definately want to know if my daughter were being molested at age 12. She's a child. and is not old enough to be experiencing sex or even sexual advances toward her. If you love and care for her, TELL NOW!!!!!!!!!

It's not your business to tell people, but if you think it was rape you should try to convince your friend to tell an adult. She'll be better off with professional help after something as traumatic as that. And yes, if he did touch her inappropriately, that is molestation. Good luck!

Hi Erin
Ask her. Don't complicate her life if she doesn't want you to. Its not your job, but if you think this will help her, then you should. But she knows better than anyone. Go to her first. Its definitly not ok that he was 4 years older. But since I don't know the rest of the story I'm not going to draw conclusions. If she told him not to or fought back, then it is illiegal. Sometimes authorities make things more dramatic than they should be, and embarass the victims. But as mentioned before, she ultimatly will not care if it will help her get over this. GOOd luck~kristen~

Yes tell someone. Maybe talk to your parents about it. I am not sure what the law is in your state, but if she was unwilling it could be some sort of sexual assault violation or indecency with a child, regardless of his age.

I dont think that is called rape, unless he had sex with her. Its just kinda sexual abuse, and no i dont think you should tell anyone as long as he didnt hurt her. Hes only 16.

Depends on the situation. If he forced himself on her then yes. If they were curious then no unless it continues or gets more involved. She should learn more about why he touched her. maybe after thatm she will know when to tell.

No, it is not rape because he is a minor. Just tell him not to do it again or you'll tell his parents. Otherwise just let it go.

Not rape, sexual harassment. Not your business to get involved, but tell her to say something if she wants to.
