I try not to react in a mean way but sometimes I get so irritated. This person is very close to me.

see basically every realationship follows a simple philosophy, i.e. a cycle theory.... after you get really high and close in a relationship, there are times when smallest mistakes of the partner bothers you like hell... but the colution to this is beleiving in future!!! cause the cycle will again lead us to a position where we start loving our partner again..

I'm like that too, except I actually blow up at people, so I guess I'm not. If you're close to this person than I think you can use humor. Just be like "Hon, I love you, but you're getting on my nerves. If you don't stop I might bite you." I use that on friends all the time. They laugh, and they leave me alone for a while. No hard feelings.

Hey...You are looking cute in that avatar! I'll be winking at you till you stop seeing me! I have heard that the word 'Avatar' is an Indian word! What do you say? Well... you are cute! Where do you live? My girl friend's avatar looks exactly same as your's! Gimme your address dear... I'll be mailing you my gf's picture! Is that cool? I hope you are enjoying my words! Aren't you? Reply me as soon as you can. I'll be waitng for that....

Yes....Just like I did now...you start irritating that 'close one to you'! You may get rid of him/her without actually revealing your own irritation!

First of all figure out their status in your life. can you live without them? are they of that much importance ect. If not then just slowly ignore them

If they are, talk to them about it. Try to say in a way "why do you always do this..." or "Maybe you could be a little more..."

Have they changed? if the change threatful to their life? if so then tell them I am worried

hope I helped

Seriously, I don't care if I am mean or not because if this person is irrating you on purpose you need to put your foot down!

Today my b.f. said a crappy remark to me. I told him that I would see him later and I walked into the next room...

Hinting it was time for him to leave! He left. He is still irratating, guys are good at that!

'Some one close to you' is more important than 'getting really irritated'. You have to make your position clear to that 'some one' later, when both of you are in good mood.

Try to get some space and perspective. Don't blow up on this person, because you'[ll regret it later. Just get some air when you feel like you're about to lose it.

Been there! Maybe you're spending to much time together. Give it a break for a while. That will bring your tolerance level up.

Kill them. Bury them in the desert after covering them with lye.
