Yes Gw Bush at a campaign rally in my hometown. He does not sound intelligent when he is speaking rehearsed lines, but let me tell you, when he is speaking naturally you know he has it together.

Yes!

When I was almost five, my parents were rabid Kennedy supporters, and when he came to Los Angeles (where I'm originally from) to campaign, we went to see him & Jackie at the South Bay shopping center. I was on my dad's shoulders, and I can still remember seeing them go by slowly, in a motorcade, waving at everyone. My mom went bezerk when they went by, and managed to get a handshake. So technically, SHE was the one who got the handshake, while I was watching from a few feet away! This happened in 1960, before he got elected.

I now live in Arkansas, and have for many years. I was a volunteer for BOTH Clinton campaigns in '92 & in '96, and had the privilege of shaking his hand on SEVERAL occasions! Also, I went to high school with his younger brother, Roger (we have many mutual friends/acquaintances); knew his mom, Virginia, and STILL see his step-father, Dick Kelley, from time to time, although he has been in poor health in recent years and doesn't get out so much anymore. He's a wonderful, decent man - and Virginia was one of the kindest, most enthusiastic women I ever met!!!!

Hot Springs isn't all that big a town. I know LOTS of people with much tighter connections to Clinton & his family than I do!

Well now, that all depends on if anyone I have shaken hands with becomes President in the future.

I did. George W. Bush was at the opening of the Ball Park in Arlington, TX. I skipped out on school that day and he was there greeting everyone that came in. He asked why I wasn't in school, I told him I was taking part in history!!! He was wonderful, I support him 100%...............
