To all the people who have advised not to tell SHAME ON YOU!!! Yes if you know of a crime you must tell, and the touching of your 12 year old friend is a crime. Go to the girls parents, tell them then go to the Police and file a complaint. Be brave, be strong, do the right thing.

yes tell the cops, parents ,school counsler, a teacher, anybody that can help and that 16 year old can face justice and prison so good luck and take care of each other

thats not molestation, thats rape. he has to be an adult and her a child for it to be that/... and dont tell. your friend needs to be the one to tell... unless she asked you to. leave it alone its her decision.
