how can people really get on with this technology?

how can we cop up with these technologies?can we survive happily?

We have no choice. We are pushed into it.
and the population who is in charge and pushing all tihs, has a large amount of 'MONEY' Pushing them

as long as we are aware that the technologies we develop leaves us with toxins as a byproduct. We have to address those issues or else we are forced to die out like the fruit flies in the science class experiments. We live in a closed ecosystem and maybe we can figure out a safe way to ship our wastes in a rocket to the sun.
