Does Tool have a new lead singer?

After hearing their new stuff, I am almost certain that it's not the same singer as before. Did the one dude leave for a Perfect Circle?

No...it's the same guy: Maynard James Keenan. He has been a member of tool longer than a perfect circle, but he is still active in both.
