Most people ended broke during retirement inspite of work attitude and dedication. Even people with good work and education have fallen short of this success in finances. I speak of financial freedom here. What is the missing key to it?

Money is an emotional thing. We find so many different ways to sabotage ourselves financially. Emotional spending, not having the discipline to develop good saving habits. Fear plays a big part too. Finance is an intimidating subject for so many people, so instead of making smart choices with their money, they chose to do nothing at all.

Also, it doesn't help that there is so much fraud and bad advice out there. Most people who work in financial services are paid on commission and don't really take the time to understand and help their clients, they just look at how they can make a paycheck off of them.

401K taught us how to be broke.
Remember about every 10 to 15 years the stock market crash. History had proven it.
