I would tell him to keep up the good work and tell him that his critics are just ridiculous when they say he's not a team player. Kobe is my favorite player and I love the Lakers (always have) so I would give him the upmost respect.

I say his critics are ridiculous since he is in fact a team player. He has turned around his attitude aht he had earlier in his career. To say he's not a team player becasue he scores so much is just ridiculous since Tmac's Orlando magic had the worst record in the league the year he was the scoring champion and no one complained about him while kobe leads his team to the playoffs while being scroing champion.

I would say if you stop leading the NBA in scoring because of what people say than you are stupid because they will stop calling you a ball hog and selfish but they will also stop considering you as the best of all time. Only the #1 scorer can be considered the best of all time. If Jordan average 20ppg his career he would not be Air Jordan. I would also say I like #8 better than #24.

I would say grow up and get way over yourself-
I have stopped following the Lakers because of him - after 30 years!
He is so arrogant and phony - the scandal was a complete turn-off. I cannot root for him or watch him - as great of a basketball player as he is.
He thinks he is all that to the point of doing what he did in Colorado, and it really is kind of sickening.

I'd tell him he's in the perfect situation right now, being without Shaq, and member of a franchise that can't go anywhere.

Kobe, you are the man after Jordan.
I've never underestimate your ability of scoring, and you had proof with the game of 81 points, cool!

I'd say "wassup" and walk off. I don't get caught up in star gazing.
