Dublin,their are alot of Dublin's.Which One?I see in Ireland,i am presently in the states,no clue.

If you want cheap, you better stay outside the city, the city is expensive, maybe a guest house or B&B. Check Bord Failte or Discover Ireland.

Dublin and cheap don't really go together.
B&Bs probably offer the best value.
