Answering this question depends on you. What I mean is your physical appearance. Whether you are originally fat or fit? No offense but it is really important for me to know. If you are originally fat, so you have a lot to work out. If you are originally fit, so you must maintain what you are eating right now. Lets just assume that you are fit, so my suggestion is that you eat food that supply you more energy but less fat or calories. But, food nowadays is really delicious and tasty. That is one of the problem that you must overcome. You must fight the food attraction especially if you are fat. Fat people tend to eat a lot because they can't fight the food attraction. So, they just gorge themselves all the time. Believe me, I had the experience. Okay, that's all. Hope that you will always stays fit!!!

best diet in my view is a balenced diet where u can find minerals vitamins n proteins n very less fat content like u must also take alot of leafy vegetables n also fruits n most important thing is u must take alot of fluids dont eat too much of fried foods n spicy foods which may make u sick n eat according to a perfect time schedule
