No, I think they die from heart attacks ccaused by the stress of broken hearts.

nope i had a broken heart AND an unfulfilled love and i'm still walking around...and better off for it too. it's called life and your suppose to learn from mistakes and hearts aches. if you never experienced love and heart break then you have experienced life

Seeing as how there's no such thing as love... They just engulf themselves in self-pity, which becomes depression that consumes them. They stop eating, sleeping, exerting the energy to live because they feel so sorry for themselves. Then they die. Unless the person isn't a complete pathetic waste of oxygen, in which case he/she gets over him/herself and moves on like a normal human being.

yes i do think men and women can die of broken hearts and unfulldiled love but keep track of me and we will find out lol

Not from the broken heart -- perhaps if they got really depressed and did something regrettable... but no one's ever proved that killing yourself actually makes the pain go away...

Some mentally die... they never can love again and are unhappy. Some people get so depressed that they commit suicide.
