I dont believe Nehru was great PM. Patel would have been a good PM. Indira Gandhi was best because she had the courage and gutts to stand.Fight against pakistan when america stood beside it.She made us self reliant.
What did Nehru do? Brought lots and lots of Loan for which we are still paying the interest. God know when we will pay the principle.
The Jammu Kashmir problem was creation of Nehru. Our solders were winning the war. Had he waited for some more days before going to UN we wud have got whole of Kashmir and there wud have been no term today called PaK occupied Kashmir.

heis the best pm no doubt about that becoz of him only indira rajiv and even now sonia gandhi are an the political spectrum.Without nehru i doubt their level of success in politics they had or have now

Yes he was! He cared for all the people both Hindu and Muslims eventhough he was hindu! When ghandi was killed the hindus who had him killed tried to pin the blame on the muslims and Nahru calmed the public and stopped the slaughter of thousands of people!
