I've long dreamed of such a possibility- being a founder... living on a "new" world... I'd hope the freezing and thawing parts went well... of course by then nanotech would be perfected for cell repair- assuming we don't use it to kill everyone off.

How could not get the best answer award?

I don't think I would go - but my concern is in returning to earth, 160 years in the future. Maybe I would be famous for a week, but after that I would be WAY behind everyone else.

Image how we might treat someone who just came here from 1850. It would be hellish for that person to try to fit into society.

NO!!! I have no family left but i just am starting to get my life in order... I've fallin in love and I wan to see how this ends for me... not come back n everything i love be gone... evrythin i remember be earased... too harsh for me

that is a once in a life time thing, YES. to be able to go and do SOMETHING THAT HUGE. yes i would kiss everyone good bye, pack myself and my kids and my cat, and off we GOOOOO
