pimple on my cheek?

i have a medium sized pimple on my cheek and it hurts when i touch it. i really need it gone by 2moro. it doesn't have a head, its just red.
what can i do?

Avoid touching the pimple, since hands and fingernails are quite dirty and full of bacteria and wil only only increase inflammation and risk of scarring. Just wash your face in the morning and at night everday with a cleanser with warm to cool water, following a creme.

sorry, if it's the kind I think it is, it will only get worse if you mess with it.
Don't know when you need it gone by but I have heard that you can go to a derm and they inject it with something, or suck the stuff out or something to get rid of it quick.
If it's just red, just dab some foundation or concealer on it. also there are sticks to hide redness etc.. like yellow for dark circles. I believe it's blue for redness-check out the makeup isle. I believe physician formula.

ok number one: don't touch it. ig et a lot of thise even tho i take care of my face lots. also never touch your face causes these. to cure: totally put a lot of rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball and keep it on pimple for a long time.u may even want to bandage to pimple. this way pimple dries out and becomes noting but a dry residue u can smudge off when washing face with nothing left. and if that doesnt happen, at least it will be reduced greately in size and redness and will stop hurting. to prevent plz dont touch ur face or neck unless u are washing it!!!!!!!!!

This sounds crazy, but it works to make it mature fast and then you can squeeze it. Use a clean cloth, soak in hot water then rub around the pimple often as you can, touch and feel how far it has matured. if you feel it has reached a level you can squeeze. then you have succeeded!
Actually other than funny traditional, individual methods each try, there are known methods to expedite to get rid soon.

go to a store like trader joes or lazy acres or some kind of a "hippy" health food store and get tea tree oil it is amazing it takes the pimple down over night and helps with the redness

Best thing to put on it is some sort of zit cream with salycic acid in it. I also heard drinking lots of water also helps.

If you have a good working 3-step facewash (like ProActiv, my favorite) use it and it should be minimized to nothing tomorrow.

If not, get a good clearing lotion and put it on overnight.

ya it might sound crazy but some times i use toothpaste it dries up the pimple and it gets smaller.
