Ok, you have 3 sentences there. The first two are incorrect. The last one is fine.

Here are my corrections. And hey, I deserve the 10 points on both of your questions!

Ok- the first one:
This is a fragment. It is not a whole sentence, only the first part of one... so there should either be something else to the end to make it a complete sentence, or it should be something like this- A pillar that stands tall and erect sybolizes the strong foundation.

The 2nd sentence:
This sentence doesn't have correct subject-verb agreement. It should be-
A concept of blue elicits a simple yet elegant sense surrounding the area.
or
Concepts of blue elicit a simple elegant sense surrounding the area.

A pillar, standing tall and erect, symbolizes the strong foundation. A concept of blue elicits a simple-yet-elegant sense surrounding the area. Behind the transparency design it has clearly revealed a life philosophy which also accents the artchitectural design in exhibiting a virtue of aptitude-development to an unlimited extent.

Dlight 4....,

Yes, you are right that when a tall pillar is standing erect and at 90 Degree, it symbolizing the strong foundation. Without foundation nothing can last for many a days.Yes, if any body is putting himself as a man of words, strength, or of family background of high standard but has nothing to prove or he has no foundation then he cannot stand like a pillar which has a strong foundation. If we are to judge your sentence considering grammatical mistakes then the answer is not very good.

"A pillar was standing tall and erect, part of the building's strong foundation. It emanated an aura of elegance despite how simple it seemed. Behind the design, you could almost see the life philosophy of those who built it, one of virtue and aptitude and development to an unlimited extent."

Adapt this to the rest of the project.

I am an author and hope my revision will help you with your project. Make sure to use more commas to affect the flow of the words.

Good luck!

Nearly everything is wrong with that paragraph. The first sentence has no verb. The second also has no verb. The third sentence has the wrong verb tense.
There are problems with syntax and general sense, but the verb problems are really glaring.

It is not one sentence, it is several. There are at least two errors of disagreement in number -- plural verb, singular subject. A wrong word -- assent should be assert.
