Everyone sweats on those areas; if you feel that you are seating far more than normal, there are a couple of things you can do.
If you apply antiperspirant to the bottoms of your feet, you can reduce the sweating. It must be antiperspirant, not deodorant.
If you have the money, you can also get Botox injections in certain locations on your palms and soles. Ouch, but it supposedly works for about 6 months.
For extreme sweating, doctors can also sometimes cut a certain nerve that can stop sweating permanently to the palms---I'm not sure about the feet.

Mine do the same thing.
Wear sandals in the summer time, and change your shoes and socks twice (2) a day.
I have 4 pairs of shoes, 2 need 24 hours to dry and 2 to wear during the day.
Wash your feet if you can between socks and shoe changes, It helps with the odor.
