wow do not listen to what most of them are saying. eating lots of chocolate and junk food will make you fat. i am guessing that you are scrawny and want to be bigerr with meat and muscle, not fat.. am i right?
well to do that you need to eat lots of protien. eat eggs, meat and protiens like that. also just because you wanna get bigger doesnt mean you skip on fruits and veggies! eat them also. i would say work out by lifting weights. and doing squats. try to work ever muscle in your body. then go eat. and remember just cause you wanna get bigger doesnt mean stop excersizing! that will help you gain muscle. also after you workout then eat, after that you should sleep about 1 hour. sleeping after a workout makes your muscles grow. well i gotta go hope i helped

**also the 2 people above me are right also! listen to what they said too**

You don't want to gain fat! You should gain muscle if anything. Eat some high proteins, some carbs and a well balanced diet. Aim for at least 2,500 cals per day if you're looking to gain.
Breafast= 2 eggs/whole wheat cereal/milk/berries
Lunch=Grilled chicken sandwhich/chilli/fruit/veggies
Snack=Power Protein shake (in a GNC store)
Dinner=Grilled fish with some tartar sauce (won't hurt), veggies, one roll, berries
Snack=Yogurt
I am a personal trainer and this is the type of diet I put people on daily for the same reason. It is important you lift weights for approximately one hour per day, 6 days a week, and you'll notice a big difference!

Eat lots of good carbs and good fats. That will make you gain weight. Whole grain breads and pasta. Olive oil. The more carbs you consume the more weight you will gain. Just stay away from the stuff that will clog your heart. You don't want to be at a healthy weight but have a diseased heart.

Things with lots of calories. You should be aiming for about 2000 a day. But don;t neglect other food groups, the trick is to just have larger servings of everything, 3 times a day. Don't have small meals all day because your body will metabolise it too quickly. And if you want to maintain a healthy phisique and just bulk up, DON'T listen to the other people who said to just eat fat, because that will make you ill. Just larger servings of everything, especially starchy things with calories eg: potatoes with butter, lots of steak, milk drinks etc.
Good luck

Depends on what kind of weight you're trying to gain. Bulk, fat, muscle?

Protein shakes and all those "men's" supplemental shakes in addition to lots of meat and carbohydrates for bulk and hopefully muscle building fuel.

And beer and McD's for fat, which I'm hoping is not the kind you want.

Have you ever seen Supersize Me?

All you need to do is eat McDonalds for breakfast, lunch, and dinner everyday.

And make sure you eat a lot of cookies and ice cream before you go to bed.

Try supplements from GNC such as weight gainer and protein shakes. You want to gain good weight, not get fat. Be sure and exercise, muscle weighs more than fat

You have to eat an extra 500 calories. On top of what you already eat.
But you may already be healthy. Everyone is different, remember that.
