I think not, I think Cheney had it done secretly at Camp David just after 9/11. Like the Manchurian Candidate. The pre-frontal lobotomy also has a chip that makes it easier to give him instructions, but it left a lot of peripheral brain damage! Bush was never extra sharp, but now his brain is half cottage cheese.
Thats why he has those strange facial expressions and pauses in his sentences, if he pauses too long he loses the the thread and forgets what he was saying.

Whether true or not - It would be hard to believe that his parents had insight to spot or know that their son would show signs of being mentally ill in his college life. Could he be an alien or just one of us who needed medical attention as a child? Lobotomies are performed to reduce the effects of mental retardation. What proof do you have that Bush had this surgical procedure performed?

Of course not!

A lobotomy is surgery on the brain's frontal lobe to cut off communication with the rest of the brains goodies.

And as his actions suggest he has no brain...

Further proof is that his mark of accomplishment at Yale was that he was a cheerleader.

This must be the kiddie site. Most of your answers sound like the kids I was in the 7th grade with. Get a GED and a book on manners and try to catch up with the rest of us.

I don't think a lobotomy would have such a bad effect on him. His alcoholism and cocaine habit were probably bad enough on their own.

If it's true it would mean that he has corrected his condition.

Now if we can get the other 530+ in Congress to have it done, our world will become much brighter.
