How tall are you? 113 is not that bad unless you are really, really short, in which case, trying to lose weight will inhibit your growth and development.
I wouldn't suggest trying to lose weight at this point, HOWEVER, exercise, especially water activities, will tone your muscles and change the appearance of your legs and your body. Muscle weighs more than fat, so weight isn't the best indicator. Other people find other exercise regimens quite effective.
Lots of exercise, and water and raw fiber like fruits, apples, carrots and even some grains can help. Exercise also stimulates the production of growth hormones.
Also, avoiding animal fats can help.
You might also see if you are sensitive to certain foods. Some foods cause some people to hold water or bloat.
Also, you are thirteen years old. You NEED sufficient BALANCED diet including proteins, grains, fruits, and vegetables, to maximize your physical development.
PS: Most young women see someone different in the mirror than other people see in them. Taken to excess it becomes a problem. Don't worry about it.

Of course that's not bad. 113 pounds for a 13 year old sounds just right. It is dangerous for you to try and lose weight at this age (considering that it doesn't sound like you are overweight...) You will grow a lot over the next year or so, and your weight will spread out over your body.

113!>!>! LOSE IWEGHT!?!?! Are you kidding I am 15 and weigh 125 lbs and want to bulk up in any way possible. It's not about the wieght, if you are fat you will look at your stomach and not see muscular lines...like a lightly lined pack 4 pack...if that is the case do some sit ups.

Hi
This plan really worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

Losing weight fast is not the answer. Maintaining a healthy diet and doing exercises is more important to your body right now since you are still young and growing.

Well don't try to lost weight very fast, because you can harm your body that way. Just try to eat healthier and exercise regularly. You will lose weight and gain strength. Just be patient and do it the right way. Good luck to you.

What's wrong with young girls now? Your weight is fine and I have Chubby legs too but I think they're O.k and I wouldn't change my body. The only time you need to change your weight is when your life depends on it.
