Has the USA kept mum? Publicly maybe! But really within the "halls of power" there is many who agitate for this war. It is all part of the fulfilment of prophecies as recorded in Revelations.
Who is right or who is wrong has nothing to do with it. Both sides of ths conflict are all based on the Hebrew Bible (Old Testiment) and iinterpretations of that two thousand year old text which was false to start with.
Archaeology has shown that the Israelites were never in Egypt to be lead out by a person who born a bastard and was a murdered but somehow defied the very laws he introduced and to become deified for doing it.
The Egyptians were prolific record keeper but after these people lived in the land for 430 years and then having about two million people suddenly leave would not that sort of event have got a mention somewhere but it did not. (Exudus: 13 37) There is one mention and that says that the Israelites were defeated in battle in Canaan during the reign of Rameses 2 (I believe it was).

What are you talking about? All 15 countries voted for the cease fire...no veto's.....and USA has been talking about all the deaths, not just the Hezbollah deaths....why do you not mention the fact that Hezbollah is targeting the civilians of Israel? Why do not not mention that they want to annihilate Israel? Why do you not mention how the Israelis are targeting where the missiles are coming, and have gotten pictures of the missiles being sent from the areas, and those locations are in neighborhoods? Why don't you mention that Hezbollah gives no warning, while the Israelis have drop leaflets saying get out? Are you a terrorist supporter?

Initially the US did not, nor would not intervene, and it wouldn't let anyone else either!
I think the delay was too long, however I think some of that was payback for the Hezbollah attack on the US Marines barracks where 242 were killed!
I think we have killed a hell of a lot more innocent kids than Israel could ever do! That isn't a very good rationale for your anti-Jewish sentiments.
At least Israel attacked terrorist who attacked them first. That IS NOT the case in Iraq!

Israel's attack is a response from repeated invasion of space and kidnapping from the HellBulls. Hezbollah is hiding among civilians and UN stations using them as shields to fire their rockets. Honestly do not think the USA should be involved at all. Too much trouble HERE to be focusing attentions elsewhere ALL the time, but I will have to side with Israelis since the Hezbollah crossed boarders and kidnapped people - I wouldn't stand for that.

Officious: Offering one's services and opinion where it was neither asked for nor needed.
It is none of our concern. Period.
If the ignorant shits in the Middle East wish to knock each other off like it's a ******* national pastime why should we involve ourselves in it?
These people have been doing the same thing for all of recorded history and show no signs of any desire to put an end to it. Why bother with it?
It is my opinion that these people should be left to their own devices.
True peace in the Middle East is an impossibility due to conflicting ideologies and religious beliefs. These beliefs are absolute and allow no room for change. This is why the area is so primitive and stuck in poverty. Their priorities simply do no include improving their standard of living.
If the United States were to absolve themselves of all responsibility with regards to the Middle East they would have no choice but to continue to sell oil at a low price in order to fund their pathetic little wars.
Our financial problems would be largely solved and the assholes would get what they want: to act like children and kill indiscriminately whenever the opportunity to do so presents itself. With the advent of modern weapons these bastards would finally be able to murder each other faster than they can reproduce and the entire world would benefit from the loss.
Good riddance.

No, they should be dancing in the streets and screeching with joy just like some of the Muslims do when they hurt their enemy.
