This very subject has scientist still doing guess work. But the known factors are peer motivation and exposure. The exposure part has many differt criteria, such as same sex attraction because of some form of stimuli and even growing up with traits that are more suited for the opposite sex.

They have proven that they have a different gene than heterosexuals. In most cases many gays and/or lesbians wouldn't chose that life style because of the torment that they get in their daily life's. People can be very cruel to these people.

I am one....you have the right to ask that question...i'm still asking it for myself. Why am i gay? Is it something that happened when i was a child? Is it how i was nurtured or is it something that i was born with? What am i sure about is that i didn't have a choice. I had to accept it because denial was breaking me into pieces. The question is do you guys accept me and others as we are?

maybe its for the same reason that people like oranges instead of apples. and what does it matter? leave them alone. theyre just living their lives like the rest of us.
