Nope, I never have. I don't "do" sympathy sex. However, I have heard of both men and women doing that. I don't see what it accomplishes and I think it would only hurt someone in the process. I'd rather someone be honest with me and tell me that they aren't attracted to me sexually, than to do it out of sympathy. I give others that same respect.
