That's not real magic. Real magic is slow, it works with the laws of nature. Thinks like increasing/decreasing cell, hormone, enzyme production, gradually raising, lowering temperatures, stimulating dreams, all are slow and depend a great deal of focus. Throwing fire and ice is not real magic, it's stage magic.

I practice the occult and these things are just not plausable. You have to ask the question, why would you be doing these things? For your own fun and curiosity probably. I seriously doubt the laws of the universe would bend for such a petty concern.
