Getting married way to soon. Now that I can look back, I would have done things a lot differently. BUT to err is human....

I fell in love with this great guy. We were dating, and it was just a "casual" thing. We both decided to keep it light cause he had just gotten out of a long term relationship and so did I. Over the course of the time we spent together, we just fit. It was like nothing I had ever felt before. I felt so "at home" when I was with him. Things got really intense really fast and I was too afraid to admit how I felt about him. He disappeared one day and I didn't do anything to stop him. I called him one time, and never tried after that. I never forgot him, and he never forgot me. When you meet someone that just "completes" you, you don't tend to ever forget that person because the intensity of your feelings is not something you will ever repeat. Fast forward several years.... He contacted me out of the blue to apologize and just to see how I was. Not long afterward, I realized that those old feelings had never died. I am still as much in love with him today (if not more) as I was then. The bad news is, he married that girl. They have a family. So...... yet again, I have to keep my feelings to myself. I still can't be with him. Kind of makes you wonder... What would have happened if I had told him how I felt? What would have happened if I had tried to contact him once he disappeared? These are questions that will never be answered. We will always wonder what it would have been like to be with the love of your life. Kind of sad isn't it? I would say that is a really, really big mistake, and one that I have paid for 10 times over!

I had a highschool boyfriend i thought i was gonna be with forever, but he was an ****** to me and i dumped him. Years later we ran into each other and started dating again. Biggest mistake of my life, i thought he changed, he turned out to be exactly the same as i remembered him. What a loser!

I had a great guy...and after a medical problem entered his life, he decided he would do me a favor, and move aside so I could have, what he thought I needed. What he didn't want to to believe, was that I needed him. But I let the hurt overcome my strength, and I let him walk away. And I've regretted it too may times to even begin to count.

Every mistake is a learning experience, guess mine is starting to smoke cigs at 39 or getting into credit card debt.
