Ive only just signed in today and havnt asked or answered any questions since yesterday Noone else has been on the computer.

Because some idiot decided that it would be "fun" if they limited the number of questions anyone could answer...depending on what level you have obtained. The higher your level..the more you can participate. The prob with that is...it requires SO many points to advance..and they've now taken points away for picking best answer..that you see very few people on here that are higher then a level 3. The point system discourages people..esp new people from participating. It needs to be changed. Incentive is good..but it has to be based on realistic levels
