yes...this is from the Spyware Warrior list of Rogue Products:

Not a scam, it is classified as "Malware" and is intended to get you to spend your money. If you have it, you will find it really hard to get completely rid of. Norton will not remove it, the only thing I found to remove it was "Spyware Doctor" by PC Tools software.

u could in elementary terms hav one firewall on coz 2 firewall could make the different firewall confuse... try utilising COMODO Firewall its unfastened and strong...btw its reliable to hav 2 secret agent ware protections i sugest SPYBOT S&D and spyware SE...

I hughly recommend that you download superantispyware.It is VERY VERY effective and it is free.
