What does helping to prevent terrorism all round the world mean?
Israel is in that business full-time, while the UK just criticises and pretends that there is any difference between one terrorist and another.
It is not a question of thanking the UK, whatever that means, but thanking God for Britain's wonderful police.

ABSOLUTELY.
They have more surveillance than we in the USA do, and their basic legal system is way-different than ours, so they have greater latitude to spy on people without breaking any of their own laws.
We can also thank the Muslims that turned in/informed on their fellow Muslims because they hate the bad name that the extremists are giving to Islam. All religious people, everywhere, should "just say 'No," to extremism." If they did, then the world would be a far-better--not to mention more-peaceful--place.

i think its all bs .. yeah thanks for keeping the fear going .. well at least they have a new tactic to scare people now and dont actually have to carry out operations against citizens like the 7/7 bombings and 911 ... its freakin sick how people just buy into everything they see on the news. not only do they beg to have rights taken away, be repressed, frightened, and decieved into supporting an imaginary war on terror ... they want to thank them for protecting them. ...
