I feel guilty saying it, and I assure you I am not a mean manager! I just love the POWER! I can tell others what to do! F- Yeah! I wonder if that will wear off in time.
I am an junior manager, but much of the time I am the only one on site.
I assure you I don't let it get to my head, I work WITH the staff and get down and dirty with them. But knowing that I technically don't have to is plenty wonderful for me :)

I am the head engineer of a quality control department for a major automotive factory...........I guess I love the fact that I can bond with my coworkers and feel that I have a good relationship with them...........
