how to create a file which can open multiple programs. like, when i open that file, it opens all the programs. I need to open many programs when i turn on my computer and i dont want to add them to the system startup

use xkeys, it's a software for assigning fkeys/function keys (f1,f2,f3...) to open applications,folders,and multiple items...
XKEYS...... i use it, and it's really helpful........hahaha

Don't think you can unless you know a bit of programming. In DOS you used to be able to make a .bat file that would do that for you. But i've never tried it in Windows. Try it out, it might work.

create a dos batch file and add the application executable in the file.

WOW! You actually want programs to start up when you turn on the computer! You go to Scheduled tasks and you Click on Add Scheduled Task, click next and select the files you want to start up and hit next, select When my computer starts, and follow the on screen instructions.
